Adult Wellbeing Service
We provide care & wellbeing support to people who may be struggling with debt, isolation, housing, poor mental health, bereavement and/or drug and alcohol addiction. This support we manage through psycho-social interventions, life coaching and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. We also provide practical assistance with completion of applications and documentation for e.g. housing, benefits, and public transport. Ultimately our aim is, through wellbeing interventions, to help people recover and improve their lives.
We also offer support for the BAME community, Asylum Seekers and Refugees by providing ESOL (English as a second language) classes and advocacy. This is done either on a one-one basis or through groups depending on the individual needs.
